Reservation Requirements
A 25% deposit is required to secure your charter reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions.

Cash accepted for final payment on charter day
Booking Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your charter details, meeting location, and captain contact information within 24 hours of booking.
Guest Cancellations
7+ days notice: Full refund minus 3% processing fee
3-6 days notice: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund (can reschedule if available)
Weather Cancellations
If Captain Jonathan cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no charge. Weather decisions are made for safety and are final.
Emergency Situations
In case of family emergencies or medical situations, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund when possible.
